Christmas in Lancaster

We went to Lancaster tonight for the mayor's tree lighting ceremony. My favorite thing to do is check out all the pretty store window displays. Thought I would share a few since I had my camera with me. What's the deal with the upside down tree? I will have to google that. I saw it in a few shops. Most of the shops are pretty upscale so I just ooooo and ahhh over everything I want and can not afford.
Don't you love the black and white tree? It's so chic!

I painted several pendants today. I know, I know, I promised some new christmas signs. I just haven't been in the mood for something that takes that long. I have them started. Hopefully I will get to them this week. I also snagged my first etsy treasury today. A treasury is very hard to get because Etsy only allows for a few hundred on at a time. In honor of my studio name I called my treasury Gypsy Spirit. Please check it out if you have the chance. It will only be up for a day or two and then it expires. I already have some ideas for the next treasuries!

Beautiful pictures!

And the pendants are lovely! How you paint so tiny is beyond me! (I think I'm working small when doing an ACEO!)

Thanks for the window tour and getting us in the Christmas mood! PS: Your Shire pendant has now made a special appearance on my table tree that is entirely decorated with horses & their accoutrement. Lovely! -kat.

Christmas comes upon us so quickly! I am not ready yet! Still, you are right, the windows are beautiful - especially the polar bears.
