One of the things I love seeing on artist's blogs are their studios so I thought I would show you a few pictures of mine. The best things about the house we bought is that it has three bedrooms and I could finally have my own space. It was getting very frustrating painting at the dining table and we could never eat there since it was covered in my paints. Not too mention that my husband hates clutter and disorginization. Now I can be as messy as I want without feeling guilty!
Also inclused is a photo of the painting I'm currently working on. I am not a landscape painter so that has quite a bit to go. The horse is nearly there though.
Have a Happy Sunday!
PS. - Take some pictures of your studio or art space, put them on your blog and leave a comment here so I can go and check it out (pretty please)!
Check out this link for something REALLY cool involving this photo. Apparently there is a similar scene in Germany!

Oh! You are soooo lucky Jen to have a studio to paint in! I'm still painting on the dining room table. Unfortunately my computer room is too cluttered with other ebay items, storage to add my painting to!
ahhh, love your studio and the guard kitty too! Oh, my! All your books, wow........I love books and keep saying I am not going to keep buying books but (sigh) I still do. My work room is not used much of late. Can't seem to get interested in doing pattern designs or hooking. Having dry spell.......I wanna ride not hook and I can't do that either; too cold here.
Love your painting in progress! :-)
What a lovely studio!!! Your horse painting is AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!! Someday I hope to have my crafting space in one spot too. *keeps dreaming*
Hi there! I LOVE your paintings AND the picture of your kitty. I posted pictures the other day of my studio. You have beautiful paintings on the walls. I still have a little way to go with that! Here's mine:

Your work is beautiful. I adore the photo of your kitty peeking out of the books!
FUN to see your new studio Jen!
Glad your new digs are working out well for you & your family too.

I love your creative space!! I miss my studio so much. Hopefully I will have one again soon. At the moment I take up space in my Mother's dining room, not ideal but it works for now!
I love it! Especially kitty peaking through the books! I have a teeeeensy studio that used to house dance costumes (whole 'nother lifetime)...but maybe one day I'll get the courage up to show you :)
Jen, I love your studio! Thought I was the only person who uses each bookcase shelf in two layers (front and back)! We both need a library now. Love the kitty in your bookcase. He (or she) looks just like one of ours.
Thanks for letting us peek in on your studio, Jen. It's so neat to get to see where you work. I went ahead and posted pictures of mine for ya. :-)
Nice space!!
I love to see where people work!! The cat is so cute!! I'd kill for a space I could leave my work out! Dining room table at the moment! Sigh! Beautiful work!!!
wow great pics of horses...I also love your little shop cat!
Lovely studio, It made me sad to see all the books because I love them too, but I am thinking I should get rid of a lot of mine.
Lovely work. Lindax
Painting by natural light.....what a treat!
Love the cozy kitty nook in the bookcase!

I can only dream of a room of my own to paint in Jen! I live in a two bedroom house with 4 people living here. My paints are still on my table and we can never eat there either! lol
