I'm a Lucky Girl :^)

I'm in a magazine! Woo hoo!
I received a nice package from The Trail Rider magazine with several copies of their latest issue and a nice letter from them. I was so excited to see a little write up and picture of my Cafepress holiday horse ornaments!! It's the first time I've been in a magazine so you can imagine my excitement.

Thank you Trail Rider!

I have a little time to work today and I'm trying to get some holiday horse pendants painted. I should have them finished in a day or so. Also working on a folk art cat sculpture I started a few weeks ago. He's turned into a winter kitty and will have lots of glitter and whimsy. And, I will finally have some new blank signs coming in to start my holiday horse signs. Please check back soon for pictures and details! Some pieces I will be offering for sale on my blog before Etsy and Ebay.

Thanks for visiting my blog. If I don't get back to you right away it's because I am swamped in the studio!

Thank you so much for all the wonderful comments! It is so exciting to see my work in a real, established magazine. I was so excited when they asked me about it 2 months ago but theskeptic in me didn't want to mention it until I had the mag in my hand. It was so nice of them to include someone as "small potatoes" as me especially when I am not an advertiser.
