What a weekend!

It's been the most Halloween filled weekend ever here with trick or treating on Friday, our big Halloween party on Saturday and a trip to the Pennsylvania Renaissance Faire's Halloween Daze & Spooky Knights today. All of this with a slight cold has me feeling really worn out. If I didn't get around to your blog this weekend to wish you a Happy Halloween, you know why! I'm really sorry but you know I wanted to.
We crammed 25+ of our friends and family into our house for a really wonderful little party. Here are some photos. My mom is the one with the crazy pumpkin face, she does it every year!

Some goodies set up on the table.

Mom & Lynn helping me prepare food.

Living room ready for guests.

Zoe and I ready to give our guests a good scare at the door!

My quickie Day of the Dead rice crispy treats.

Cats getting comfy with the pumpkin lady.

I love how the skull punch turned out!

We even had a fog machine.

Can't wait until next year!

We had a very quiet Halloween, definitely not as fun filled as yours. I LOVE the pic of your mom with the kitties!
Hope you are feeling better.

Geez Jen, it looks like you put on quite the spread!
Your MOM is a hoot, it's a shame that the kitties are so stressed out ;)

Hope you are feeling better soon!

Your whole party setting is absolutely perfect! The food looks creative and delicious, and your decorations are so much fun!

It is nice to see that you and your Mom are so close. The fact that she is a very special lady shows by your cats being SO relaxed with her. lol

You and your daughter make Very fetching Witches! I'm sure that everyone had a wonderful time, and are already looking forward to next year!

Hi Jen,

Thanks for sharing all the photos from your Halloween party! Looks like you had a blast. :) Is that an ice mold you used for the skeleton in the punch? It looks really cool.

Hope you are feeling better soon. Happy November to you!

Sincerely, Theresa
