The plants with the most activity in my garen this time of year would definately be the
sedum and
maximilian sunflower. So many bees and butterflies, just had to share!
Teeny tiny skipper butterfly.
I even made a friend while tearing down some tomato plants.

These photos are breath-taking, they bring a breath of sunshine to a chilly English day :)
Oh, I see a face in that last picture, two eyes and a very long nose! So unusual! I am glad you have such a great camera...your photos are super.
Lovely shots!
You take some amazing macro shots! What kind of camera are you using?
Did you ever get my email showing you the dog face??
Oh, the sedum is crazy here! It is brimming with life--everyone scrambling for that last bit of nectar. The frogs are fat as there is a big bunch of sedum next to the pond, and they are filling their bellies with skippers and bees. It's the circle of life, I guess.
I have a Canon G10 Gail - I love it! Still have dreams of owning a digital SLR but this is the next best thing.
i did get you pic Lin, thank you! I was working on getting a better dogface butterfly pic but wasn't able. Wish I had a pond to see some fat froggies:)
Thanks everyone!
extraordinary shots.
Such beautiful photos, as always. The first photo of the bee is amazing. And you made such a wonderful little friend. :) Theresa
LOVE IT!
