I love giraffes! They are my third favorite animals after horses and cats and that's why my giraffe photos from the Philadelphia Zoo are getting a post all to their own. They are such unusual creatures, beautiful, elegant necks. I love the shape of their heads, their chestnut spots, their furry horns, long, dark tongues and large eyes. I could watch them all day.
On a separate note, I have been having trouble commenting on some blogs that ask me to 'comment as' and then have a pull down menu to 'select profile'. When I click on 'Google Account' it keeps asking me for my user name and pass word and it doesn't recognize me. Some blogs I can choose to type in my URL and name and that seems to work but not all have this option. So I am sorry if I am not able to comment back on you blog, some weird glitch. Also, some comments I receive to moderate come to my email and some I have to approve from the blogger dashboard. Makes it hard to email commentors back if they have a question. Weird glitches 8/

I get that glitch with comments too sometimes, mostly when I'm at work so I'm not sure if it has something to do with not checking the "remember me" box or just a google glitch. Annoying none the less!
I haven't commented in a while, but I do read your blog and look at your gorgeous photos all the time!
I have had the same problem with blogger, all in IE. When using blogger I switch over to FireFox and have very little trouble at all.
Yep, Giraffe's are pretty cool!! They are so neat and I love their color and markings! Thanks for sharing the beautiful pictures!
I have the exact same glitch with blogger. I DO seem to have better luck when i DON"T check the 'remember me ' box. Lovely pics!
I made a six foot tall paper mache giraffe for a local parade this year! LOL he even got a blue ribbon at the fair!
I can not comment from Internet explorer to blogger. Not even to my own blog. I have been using Google Chrome to post to my blog. I have that same problem.
I love love love Giraffes too! I got to feed one at the San Diego Wild Animal park once. SO cool! Most excellent photos Jen! I've been having the same issues with some of the blogs as well, and I'll bet the blog owners may not be aware that it's happening.

I love giraffes so much that I have a stuffed 'Beanie Babies' one sitting next to my computer monitor. His name is Topper. Your photographs are absolutely gorgeous. They are indeed stunning creatures.
