Harvest Days


This weekend we went to Harvest Days at Landis Valley Museum. 


I love watching all the different breeds of work horses. Belgians, Percherons, Shires, Haflingers...




This pretty ox would make a nice painting...



All pies baked in a rustic outdoor oven. Wish I could taste one!

LOVE these pics! Oh, one day I'll get down there and maybe take some driving lessons!

AND YES! You should paint that OX. I almost thought it WAS a painting, it's so striking! As is your little girl :)

STUNNING work horses. So strong. Just blend into the landscape so beautifully. The pies look inviting. I can almost taste them. Your daughter is precious. AMAZING photos. Glad you had a good time. And happier still you shared it with us.

Beautiful pictures! And all the people there are so kind. The second one in is actually a clydesdale on the right. lol his name is lash I was fortunate enough to help train him before he came to landis valley. The horses look great!
