Relax, it's Sunday...

What a beautiful Sunday morning to walk around the yard.
Here's what a saw this morning...

Chickadee grabbing a seed and a red leaf on an heirloom pumpkin.

A nuthatch swoops in for a quick bite to eat.

Little bug peeks out of a pretty pink rose.

Skipper butterfly sips nectar from an orange cosmos.

Last of the sungolds.

Ruby red butterfly bush has come back from near death.
Rescued from the Lowes clearance shelf.

Amish buggy trots by the front yard.

What beauty! I love chickadees and haven't seen a nuthatch in quite some time. What a glorious garden you have, Jen! And what scenes you get to see from your yard. :) Enjoy the day! Theresa

Great detail! I would love to be able to take photos that close up, especially as I have become very interested int he brids who visit the garden.

Lovely photos as always, Jen! I have always gravitated to taking photos close up as well. Must be wonderful to live in Amish country.

An Amish buggy going by your yard???! Seriously???! Dang. How come you get all the ambiance at your house???! Sigh. Color me jealous.
