On one of the hottest days of the year, while driving to the barn, I was behind this Mustang with the 'HOT PONY' vanity plate. You better believe I got a chuckle at that and whipped my camera out at the red light.
It was so hot I told Zoe she could give Twister the pony a bath. It was her first time scrubbing down an equine and I think she enjoyed it. I didn't even mind getting sprayed in the face.
Guess who rolled as soon as he got in his stall?
Then we made a stop at Cross Road Tack Shop to see what they had.
We were greeted by the two most friendly Corgis at the door, Hunter and Riley.
They have a great selection of used tack and we walked out with a new pony saddle pad and a pair of gently used paddock boots for Zoe for $15 total!
I don't think my cat Zazu was happy that I turned the AC off before we left. Or maybe it was because we walked in the house smelling like sweat, ponies and corgis!
