Fainting Goats & Minis

Sorry I have been missing from blogland lately. I've been hanging out at Goat Flower Farm taking photos of the goats for registration and their website. These goats are just so sweet, I had to share some photos. Most of them are fainting goats which you really have to see to believe.
Also wanted to mention that I was a featured artist over on The Equinest. Please stop by and check out the interview when you get a chance:^)

The Ellis family also raises miniature horses. I had to sneak in a few photos of their darling minis too!

Found this four leaf clover to wish all my blog friends good luck!

What beautiful little minis, and what great action shots, Jen! Goats are fun, I've never been around the fainting variety, but we had a small herd of dairy goats when I was a kid (no pun intended, lol.)

Thanks for sharing the clover - too cool that you found one!
Have a great day,

The pictures are TOO cute! Looks like you've really had a great time. I am a little curious about how fainting goats live their lives. Do they actually faint?

I saw a video of "fainting" goats once...hilarious! I can't remember what made them faint? Love the mini monsters:-) I need that four leaf clover...wish me luck at my Parelli interview next week.

Great pictures! My favorite critters too. I've never seen fainting goats up close, but I've seen videos too. I think I would be laughing all the time with them around. Minis are so sweet to. You take such beautiful photos.

I've heard of the fainting goats, but never have had the opportunity of seeing them. They faint when they're scared, right? If that's true, it's nice to know you didn't do them in! Thanks for sharing. PS: LOVE the first shot! -kat.

I love goats. We used to have a couple growing up. I was quite a goat keeper in my youth. Those miniature horses definetly look amazing. Do they have a much more specific name than this? Nice to know that you have been out having fun, at the Goat Flower Farm. :)
