Jennifer, you and your new camera take the most amazing photos! The color is superb, and the detail so intimate!!! I look forward to seeing all the pictures you take with your new "friend". Do you take it to bed with you??? - joking :)
Wonderful shots Jennifer! Did you glean any tips from that link I sent? I esp. love the second to the last of the young male. What an unusual and very hummerish pose!! :-D
You sure know how to make a girl jealous. Those photos are amazing and I'm glad someone is out there capturing such beautiful things. Keep on snapping!
Truly gorgeous photos! Glad you are enjoying your new camera. :) Such a pretty hummingbird. We haven't received a visit since we put up our new feeders. LOL Figures! But the bees and wasps sure are enjoying the nectar. :) We did have a visit from a hummingbird moth - and he was a beauty.
Wow! nice pictures. Are you using the manual setting or the automatic one? My Nikon D80 takes good pictures but I am not sure how to set it, etc. These pictures are amazing
OMG, I am so envious of your wonderful new camera. Very great photos....but it's not just the camera..you have a gift for spotting the perfect picture. We probably won't be seeing much painting for a while, you will be cruising the Pennsylvania countryside, stalking butterflies, bees, hummers, corn, cows......lol! Enjoy!

I would never put that camera down if I could take photos like that! I never put my camera down now and it's a little piece of junk I don't even like!
I love that last one - that HUGE bee dangling off that teeny, wimpy blossom.
